    •    We sell both custom-made/printed products and pre-made design products.

3. Ordering & Payment

    •    Orders can be placed directly through our website.

    •    We accept payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards (processed securely via Square).

    •    Prices are listed in GBP (£). Customers outside the UK are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees, unless otherwise stated.

 

 

4. Delivery & Fulfilment

    •    Fulfilment times vary by product and will be detailed in product listings or confirmed upon order.

    •    Shipping is primarily via Royal Mail. If Royal Mail service is disrupted, we may substitute another courier without prior notice.

    •    Delivery areas are those covered by Royal Mail (with certain country exclusions, which we reserve the right to update).

    •    If an order is returned due to an incorrect/inaccessible address, or because the buyer failed to collect or receive it, a re-delivery fee will apply.

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

    •    For non-personalised items, you have a statutory 14-day cancellation period from the day after you receive your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

    •    For personalised or custom-made items, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or not as described.

    •    If an item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

 

 

6. User Accounts

    •    You may create a user account to track your orders and (in future) leave reviews.

    •    You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

    •    We may suspend or remove accounts that are misused or breach these Terms.

    •    The files are your own or you have full rights to use them.
